Rap Beef, Diss Tracks and Hip Hop. Is it healthy or has it gone too FAR?

With all of the buzz around rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar, then, Drake vs Everybody, hip hop seems to be quickly changing and perhaps going downhill. Now, we all love a good rap battle, some words are exchanged but usually, after a while everybody comes together and the next thing you know, the same rappers beefing are collaborating and making hot songs together.

Those days seem to be long gone, but the question is why? And have these rap battles gone too damn far?
